Who Are We?

The Learning Ladder is a premier early childhood education organization in the Saint Peters area of Missouri.

The Learning Ladder believes that children learn best when lessons are active, fun, and related to what is familiar to them.  Our curriculum is theme based, meaning that all lessons will be structured around a central topic each week. 

We operate under the premise that children need to feel safe and cared for and are able to explore their surroundings. 

Our preschool programs place a heavy emphasis on academics in addition to social development and are progressive in nature, meaning that, children in their first year of preschool will have different experiences than those in their second or third year.  This allows for more individualized education plans and growth. 

Our philosophy is strongly rooted in Christian principles and as such the bible is read and used in The Learning Ladder curriculum.
